Municipal Performance Measurement Program

In addition to the Financial Information Return (FIR), the municipality must report on measures under The Municipal Performance Measurement Program (MPMP). This requires municipalities to report efficiency and effectiveness measures in relation to their core services such as:

• General Government
• Fire and Police                                                                                    
• Roadways and Transit
• Waste Water, Storm Water and Drinking Water
• Solid Waste Management
• Libraries
• Parks & Recreation
• Land Use Management
