PUBLIC NOTICE

 

RE: Intention to declare Real Property Surplus

to the requirement of the City of Dryden  

THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 270 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c 25, as amended, and in accordance with Chapter 183, Disposal of Real Property and Chapter 133, Notices of Municipal Code, Council intends to declare the real property described as follows:

1.       PIN 420790018 PCL 19309 SEC DKF PT Broken Lt 6 Con 3 Van Horne as in LT 52343: S/T LT 33406: District of Kenora.

as surplus to the requirements of the municipality, at the Open Meeting of Council to be held on Monday, August 27, 2012.
