Highway #17 Reconstruction
UPDATE
Milling is now complete
Paving will commence Tuesday October 9th at 6:30 pm and will occur nightly until completion (approximately 9-10 days dependent upon weather and breakdowns)
The City of Dryden would like to advise residents that starting Wednesday September 26th till approximately October 17th Highway #17 will be under construction during the overnight hours of 6:30 P.M. – 6:30 A.M. each day including weekends.
This construction and potential delays are required to Mill and Replace the existing asphalt surface.
In addition the Public is advised some overnight noise from this activity may also be expected along Highway 17 and certain areas including Sandy Beach Road, Gordon Road and a few evenings along King Street.
The City of Dryden apologizes for any inconvenience during this work and wish to thank area residents, businesses and motorists for their patience.
