Please be at the accessible pickup point at the time the bus is scheduled to arrive. The driver can wait only five minutes past your scheduled time. Keep in mind that others are waiting.
If you reserve your trip, Handi-Transit will advise you of the fare. Drivers do not make change so please have the exact fare ready. There are no charges "on account".
If the bus is late please be patient. Weather, heavy traffic, or an emergency may have delayed the bus. Wait 15 minutes then call the Handi-Transit Office.
Passengers unable to care for themselves who travel without an attendant must be met by a caregiver, parent, or other responsible person at the destination. Handi-Transit is not a taxi service but a shared ride public transit system. Other passengers will be picked up and dropped off enroute.
