The City of Dryden Public Works Department will be picking up Brown Paper Compost Bags free of charge on May 12 and May 26, 2025.   Please have bags at the curbside and ready for pick up by 7:00 a.m.
The compost bag shall not contain dirt, gravel, rocks, sticks or wood chips and shall not exceed the maximum weight of 15 kilograms (33 lbs).   For the remainder of the year, these bags may be disposed at the Hwy 502 Landfill Site free of charge.

Our cemetery by-law provides guidelines to interment rights owners and their families. It also provides standards and restrictions that allow groundskeepers to provide optimal care in their maintenance of the property, in accordance with provincial legislation.

Please be advised, hydrant flushing within the City of Dryden will begin Tues day April 29, 2025 for approximately six weeks.  If you notice your water is murky or brown, please leave the cold tap running until the water runs clean.  This is sediment off the bottom of the pipes due to flushing.
