Delayed Water Bills due to Canada Post strike

With the Canada Post strike occurring, residents may see a delay in receiving their water bills. Please note residents are still responsible for continuing to make payments to keep accounts in good standing. To avoid interruptions in receiving your invoices, we suggest residents sign up for e-billing!

For an account balance, or to request a paper copy for pick up at City Hall, contact 223-1111 for more information.

Please note: Water bills are not available until the 10th of each month. It is not possible for our staff to send bills any earlier.
