Notice of Complete Application & Public Meeting for Temporary Use By-Law (459 Government St)
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the requirements of Section 39 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended and Ontario Regulation 545/06 as amended by Ontario Regulation 470/09, the Corporation of the City of Dryden advises that an application for a Temporary Use By-law No. 2023-57 has been received and was deemed to be a complete application pursuant to the Planning Act.
AND FURTHER, TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Dryden will hold a Public Meeting for the purpose of giving the public an opportunity to make representations in respect of the proposed Temporary Use By-Law No. 2023-57 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P 13, as amended.
The meeting will be held in-person in the Council Chambers and virtually through Microsoft Teams by the Corporation of the City of Dryden Council on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
THE LOCATION of the lands affected by the proposed amendment are municipally known as 459 Government Street legally described as CON 6 PT LOT 3 VAN HORNE TWP DES 23R7024 PARTS 4 5 & 6 PARCEL 37254; City of Dryden, District of Kenora. The subject property is shown on the key map included with this Notice. The property is zoned Highway Commercial (CH).
