Overview of Services
Building and Planning services can help you with proposals and applications for land development to meet the rules and regulations of the Ontario Building Code, the Planning Act and the City of Dryden's By-Law Module, Official Plan, Site Plan Control and Zoning By-laws made under that Act.
You can find information on Building Permits , Design Form - Detached Garages/Accessory Buildings, Sign Permit Application, Minor Variances and Consent Applications, Site Plan Control, Zoning By-law Amendments, as well as our business applications, licences and permits.
If you have a property standards complaint, you may submit a Property Standards Complaint Form online and we will investigate the issue.
The Building and Planning Department's list of 2024 Fees and Charges are now online for your convenience.
Committee of Adjustment Public Meetings are held on an as required basis.
