Health Care

The City of Dryden provides comprehensive healthcare coverage to its permanent full-time and part-time employees. 

Benefits include Health, Dental, Paid Sick Leave, Group Life Insurance, AD&D and LTD. Benefit eligibility and plan maximums vary based on status, position and non-union/union. 

Pension Plan

The City of Dryden and its full-time employees participate in the Ontario Municipal Employees' Retirement System (OMERS), Part-time and casual employees also have the option of joining the plan.  OMERS is a defined benefit pension plan that is designed to provide a reliable stream of income in retirement.  You can find out more about the OMERS pension plan on their website at www.omers.com.
