In accordance with the Ontario Public Libraries Act, the City of Dryden's Library Board is responsible for developing and maintaining the policies and procedures of the Dryden Public Library. The Library Board is also in charge of hiring the Dryden Public Library's CEO. The CEO is responsible for carrying out directions from the Library Board and managing the day-to-day operations of the Library.

You can either request a delegation or send a letter to the Board by email. Unless otherwise noted, the Dryden Public Library Board meets at the Library on the third Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. The Library Board does not typically meet in July, August and December. Library Board meetings are open to the public. If you wish to speak at a meeting, you must contact the Library CEO at 807-223-1475 ext. 221 in advance to arrange a delegation. It is not necessary to contact the CEO in advance if you only want to attend. 2025 Meeting Dates:
