Transport Canada Acts and Regulations
Transport Canada governs the safety and regulations of all Airports and Aerodromes through various parts of legislation. Check out the following acts and regulations to see what rules apply:
Transport Canada Airport Zoning Regulations (AZRs) restrict the height of buildings, structures and objects (including natural growth, such as trees) on regulated land. AZRs also apply to off-airport land. Transport Canada has enacted AZRs for the Dryden Airport. For more information refer to the Dryden Airport Zoning Regulations.
