Pay My Bills
Property Taxes
You can pay by:
- Cash, cheque, or debit in person at the Finance Department cashier's counter at City Hall;
- Internet or telephone banking using your roll number as indicated on your bill;
- Online payment with credit card via Paymentus;
- Dropping your payment off at the night deposit box located in front of City Hall;
- Mail to City of Dryden, 30 Van Horne Avenue, Dryden, ON P8N 2A7; or
- Setting up pre-authorized payments.
The Municipal Property Assessments Corporation (MPAC) completes a re-assessment of property every four years and sends a Notice of Assessment to every property owner. If you have any questions about your assessments, you can contact MPAC by phone at 1-866-297-6703 or by email.

You can have property assessment value reviewed by applying for a Request for Reconsideration through MPAC.

Tax rebates for charities
You can apply for a tax rebate for your eligible charity if you have a registration number issued by Revenue Canada.
Tax certificates requested for properties can be provided by the tax clerk for a fee. Email taxes@dryden.ca with your request or questions.
Water and Sewer Bill
You can pay your Water and Sewer Bill in one of the following ways:
- Online via credit card
- Using internet or telephone banking, using your 15-digit account number as indicated on your bill
- By cash, cheque, debit, or credit card, in person at City Hall, 30 Van Horne Avenue, during regular business hours
- By cheque, payable to The City of Dryden, and mailed to: 30 Van Horne Avenue, Dryden ON, P8N 2A7
- By pre-authorized payment. Sign up here.
Water and Sewer Bills are due on the 23rd of each month.

- You can pay your parking ticket in person at City Hall, during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or online.
