Property Standards

All properties within the City of Dryden are subject to the requirements of the Property Standards By-law, which is a by-law enacted under the authority of the Building Code Act. Common property standards issues might include: 

• Grass exceeding 8"
• Unclean or untidy yards
• Refuse or debris accumulations 
• Inoperative Motor Vehicles
• Interior or Exterior Building Maintenance issues
• Ponding of stormwaters or flooding
• Graffiti
• Conditions creating health, fire or accident hazards
