Description That a Joint Compliance Audit Committee comprised of the Cities of Dryden and Kenora, the Municipalities of Machin, Red Lake and Sioux Lookout and the Townships of Ear Falls, Ignace and Pickle Lake is hereby established; That the Joint Compliance Audit Committee shall consist of five (5) individuals to be appointed by the Clerks of the above-noted municipalities, and any combination of at least three (3) shall be selected and shall constitute the Committee for the purposes of reviewing compliance audit requests in accordance with the Terms of Reference attached to and forming part of this By-law as Schedule “A”.
