City of Dryden Confirms Certified Candidates List
2026 Municipal and School Board Election
The City of Dryden would like to inform all eligible electors that the final list of candidates for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election has been certified by the Municipal Clerk and Elections Returning Officer.
The certified list of candidates and all other information regarding the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election is available below and on the City of Dryden Elections website, www.dryden.ca/elections

Voting for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election will open on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., and close on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.
Voting in the City of Dryden will be internet and telephone voting, secure and convenient ways to vote anytime and from anywhere during the voting period.
Check You Are On the Voters List
The City of Dryden wants to make sure that every eligible elector can cast their ballot. To verify your correct information is on the Voters List, contact 807-223-1147 or email election@dryden.ca on and after September 14, 2026.
If you need to be added to the list, please contact the Clerks Office, by visiting City Hall (30 Van Horne Ave), from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays (excluding holidays) with a piece of photo identification including proof of address.
Voter Information Letter
Your Voter Information Letter will arrive to you in the mail a few days prior to October 16. This letter contains important information on the election process, including:
- Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- The web address and telephone number to access the voting portal
- Other important information related to the election
In-Person Voter Help Centre
The City of Dryden will be hosting a Voter Help Centre during the voting period where residents may use a secure voting kiosk, with staff support available every step of the way. Remember to bring your PIN, provided in your Voter Information Letter.
If you haven’t received your Voter Information Letter by October 16, 2026, please visit City Hall during office hours of operation with a piece of photo identification including proof of address to make sure you are registered to vote and to receive your PIN.
