City of Dryden Invites Development Proposals For Mario Milanese Subdivision - Stage 3

The City of Dryden has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) inviting experienced residential developers, builders and integrated development teams to submit proposals for Stage 3 of the Mario Milanese Subdivision. The City is seeking a development partner to advance the subdivision and deliver new housing.
The opportunity is intended to expand housing choice in Dryden through a practical, market-responsive development that may be delivered in phases. The preliminary subdivision and servicing concept prepared by JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. provides a starting point for proposals.
The City is open to alternative approaches to the subdivision layout and a variety of housing forms, provided they are appropriate for the site, respond to community needs and can be supported through the required planning, engineering and regulatory processes.
The selected development partner will work with the City to refine the development concept and address the design, approvals, infrastructure, phasing and housing-delivery requirements set out in the RFP.

Proposals must be submitted by email to aeuler@dryden.ca, quoting RFP R-2026-8 in the subject line. The deadline for questions is Friday, October 23, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. CT. The submission deadline is Friday, November 13, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. CT. Proponents should review the complete RFP and any addenda before submitting.
