The City of Dryden expresses profound condolences following tragic loss

DRYDEN, ON – December 24, 2025

The City of Dryden is heartbroken to acknowledge the tragic loss suffered by the Boyer family and extended families. On behalf of Council, municipal staff, and the entire community, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the Boyer family, their loved ones, friends, and all who are grieving during this profoundly difficult time.

“This is an unimaginable tragedy. Our entire municipal team and the broader community are grieving alongside Jason. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with him and his extended family as they face this devastating loss,” said Roger Nesbitt, Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Dryden. “We will do everything we can to support Jason as he navigates this horrific tragedy.”
