City of Dryden Encourages Residents, Seniors, and Employers to Share Input on Local Housing Needs

Media Release

DRYDEN, ON – August 10, 2026

The City of Dryden and Northern Policy Institute are asking the public to take
part in the Dryden Housing Needs Assessment by completing one, or multiple, of
three short surveys now available online.

Housing affects everyone in our community. Whether you are a resident
experiencing housing challenges, a senior thinking about current or future
housing needs, or an employer impacted by housing availability for staff, your
input is important.

The information gathered through these surveys will help the City and Northern
Policy Institute better understand Dryden’s housing situation and identify local
needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Community members are encouraged to complete the survey that best applies
to them:
General Housing Survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DrydenHousing
Seniors Housing Survey:

Employers Housing Survey:

By taking a few minutes to share your thoughts and experiences, you can help
ensure Dryden’s housing needs are clearly understood and considered.

Respectfully,
Mayor Jack Harrison
