TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Corporation of the City of Dryden passed By-law 2026-9 to amend Zoning By-law 2025-10, as amended, on the 23rd day of February, 2026, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13 as amended.
Explanatory Note of By-law: By-law 2026-9 amends Zoning By-law 2025-10 and applies to those lands known municipally as 11 Casimir Avenue, legally described as PCL 15469, 14251, 14568 & 14567 SEC DKF; LTS 25 to 28, PL M153; City of Dryden. The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to allow a site-specific zoning amendment to permit a Group Home use at 11 Casimir Avenue on the main floor of the existing 2 storey building. The second storey is already used as residential and intended to remain.
The last date and time for filing a notice of Appeal is 4:30 p.m. on March 17, 2026. Details on making an appeal are included in the attached PDF.
