TAKE NOTICE that the Committee of Adjustment of the Corporation of the City of Dryden will hold a Public Hearing to provide the public with an opportunity to submit comments and make representations regarding a consent application, in accordance with the requirements of Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. Please note that the Public Hearing will be held virtually. Alternative methods to provide comments and participate in the Public Hearing are included below.

THE SUBJECT LANDS ARE LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS VAN HORNE CON 6 PT LOT 3 RP; 23R3071 PARTS 1, 2 AND 7; 23R9513 PT PART 2; RP 23R9826 PART 1 PT PART 2; RP 23R14769 PARTS 2 AND 4; PCLS 41223 AND 41526 DKF; DRYDEN, ONTARIO.
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the application is to obtain consent under Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, to permit a portion of land to be severed from a larger City-owned property on Pioneer Street.
The severed lands are proposed to be conveyed to the owner of an abutting property and merged with that property to form one consolidated lot. The consolidated lot is intended to support future commercial development. No new standalone lot is proposed to be created by this application.
