Due to extreme fire hazard and increased wildfire activity, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry declared a Restricted Fire Zone for our region on July 15. As a result, the Dryden Fire Service has issued a TOTAL FIRE BAN within the municipal boundaries that took effect immediately. All burn permits are suspended until further notice.

Please be advised, Spruce St from Memorial Ave to Evergreen Pl will be
closed to vehicular traffic on Thursday August 13, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. This closure is necessary to complete repairs to the water
distribution system.
