Road Construction - Intersection of Highway 17 and Boozhoo Ave March 21

Please be advised, Public Works will be completing emergency watermain repairs at the intersection of Highway 17/Government St and Boozhoo Ave. As a result, the southbound turning lane from Government St onto Boozhoo Ave will be closed to traffic on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Please anticipate traffic delays and congestion within the construction area.

Within this time, residents in the area may not have drinking water available. Although work is expected to be completed in a timely manner, we recommend storing a short-term water supply in advance to ensure availability during the shut-off.
