Project Construction Begins in June

The City of Dryden’s Van Horne Landing project is an important waterfront development initiative that will help support future housing, business growth, and improved public access to the waterfront. Through infrastructure installation and servicing, the project is helping prepare the area for long-term community development, investment, and expanded opportunities for residents and visitors alike.

Van Horne Landing reflects Dryden’s vision for thoughtful growth by creating the foundation for a vibrant and connected waterfront area that can support residential, commercial, and recreational uses. This work which is anticipated to begin in June 2026 is supported through funding from Ontario’s Ministry of Infrastructure under the Housing-Enabling Water Systems Fund (HEWSF) and the Housing-Enabling Core Servicing Stream (HECS).
