With the Canada Post strike occurring, residents may see a delay in receiving their water bills. Please note residents are still responsible for continuing to make payments to keep accounts in good standing. To avoid interruptions in receiving your invoices, we suggest residents sign up for e-billing! Water bills will be available for pick up at City Hall during the strike.

To take advantage of this promotion, please select the ‘FREE - 4th Registration’ in the Method of Payment area on the fourth registration form submitted.
Registration can be submitted online or by completing a Registration Form and returning it by email to the contact information indicated on the form. Method of payment must be selected at the time of registration. Options for payment include Visa, MasterCard, or a purchase order for invoicing. A receipt will be issued once payment is processed/received.
Every effort is made to provide a healthy, appealing menu for meal functions during the Northwest Response Forum. Please indicate any allergies and/or dietary restrictions on the Registration Form.
Pre-Conference Training is offered on the morning of the first day, of the Northwest Response Forum. These sessions are provided to conference delegates at no additional charge; however, spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellations can be requested in writing prior to March 17, 2025 and will each be subject to a $25 administration fee. No refunds will be given after this deadline.
Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
Registration Desk (at the venue)
The venue is once again The Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre at 100 Casimir Ave, Dryden, ON! Delegates are asked to visit the Registration Desk in the lobby of the venue in order to receive their registration package and conference badge. Delegates and speakers are asked to wear their badge for access to all conference functions. The Registration Desk will be staffed throughout the conference to assist delegates and speakers as required.

Please reference the Northwest Response Forum at the time of booking. Please note that the block of rooms is only guaranteed until March 10, 2025

Free and ample parking is available at the venue (The Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre, 100 Casimir Avenue, Dryden, ON)
A complimentary courtesy taxi will be available for transportation to and from the conference venue during scheduled times at the start and end of each day. Please see the Registration Desk to arrange the shuttle.
