Healthcare

The City of Dryden provides comprehensive healthcare coverage to its permanent full-time and part-time employees. 

Benefits include Health, Dental, Paid Sick Leave, Group Life Insurance, AD&D and LTD. Benefit eligibility and plan maximums vary based on status, position and non-union/union. 

Pension Plan

The City of Dryden and its full-time employees participate in the Ontario Municipal Employees' Retirement System (OMERS). Part-time and casual employees also have the option of joining the plan.  OMERS is a defined benefit pension plan that is designed to provide a reliable stream of income in retirement.  You can find out more about the OMERS pension plan on their website at www.omers.com.

The City of Dryden's EAP program is available for eligible employees through the external third party provider TelusHealth. The EAP program provides free, confidential, professional assistance for issues that affect your well-being.
