Parking

The City of Dryden provides municipal parking in the downtown core to support local business, institutions, tourism, and community events. On-street parking in the downtown core is allowable up two hours, which is enforced by the By-law Enforcement Officer under the Building and Planning Department. 

Update:  Please be advised the option to pay your parking permits or fines on-line is now Live.  Also, please refer to the Public Notice Re Parking Enforcement.

Daily, monthly or annual parking permits are available to purchase on-line or at City Hall, 30 Van Horne Avenue during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

Parking rates

  • Daily: $4.40 + HST
  • Monthly: $42.70 + HST
  • Annual: $426.50 + HST

  • You can pay your parking ticket on-line or in person at City Hall, during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The City provides many accessible parking options on-street and off-street for short-term use.  In order to park in an accessible parking space, you must display your accessible parking permit.

To obtain a permit, please contact the Driver and Vehicle Licence Issuing Office.

If you park in one of these accessible parking spaces without a permit, you could face a $300 fine.

The City of Dryden Parking By-law sets out the rules and regulations for parking within the City.  

By-law enforcement officers keep the residents of Dryden safe by being present and visible in the community.
