Description A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2025-10, ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF DRYDEN. THAT Schedule 1 of Zoning By-law 2025-10 be amended by rezoning the lands by applying a site-specific exception to the lands municipally known as 185 Grand Trunk Avenue, legally described as PLAN M157 LOTS 707 TO 709 & 899 PCL 8816; City of Dryden. 2. THAT Section 4.14.3 Exceptions of Zoning By-law 2025-10 be amended by adding the following site-specific exception: Highway Commercial Exception Five (CH-5) Zone – 185 Grand Trunk Avenue (By-law No. 2026-45)
