Property Standards
All properties within the City of Dryden are subject to the requirements of the Property Standards By-law, which is a by-law enacted under the authority of the Building Code Act. Common property standards issues might include:
- Grass exceeding 8"
- Unclean or untidy yards
- Refuse or debris accumulations
- Inoperative Motor Vehicles
- Interior or Exterior Building Maintenance issues
- Ponding of stormwaters or flooding
- Graffiti
- Conditions creating health, fire or accident hazards
