Overview of Services
Building and Planning services can help you with proposals and applications for land development to meet the rules and regulations of the Ontario Building Code, the Planning Act and the City of Dryden's Official Plan, Site Plan Control and Zoning By-laws made under that Act.
You can find information on Building Permits , Design Form - Detached Garages/Accessory Buildings, Sign Permit Application, Minor Variances and Consent Applications, Site Plan Control, Zoning By-law Amendments, as well as our business applications, licences and permits.
If you have a property standards complaint, you may submit a Property Standards Complaint Form online and we will investigate the issue.
The Planning Department's list of 2025 Fees and Charges are now online for your convenience. Please go to the Building Permit section by clicking on Building Permits above, for Building permit related fees.
Compliance Letters are available by sending your request via standard mail or email to planning@dryden.ca.
Committee of Adjustment Public Meetings are held on an as required basis.
Building and Planning Year End Reports
Reporting beyond 2022 is included with the City's Annual Municipal Report.
